Bagatelles

We moved to La Rochelle in August 2006. After spending 12 years in UK… I was not to sure what to expect. I am french so no language barrier there! the plan was to
a) find a house to live in
b) get the children into schooling in time for “La rentree”
c) get a job
a and b where not easy but we got there! c is proving more difficult, I thought given I am totally bilingual and reasonnably intelligent I would find something suitable…nothing…it looks like I am joining the queue of many multi- talented people out there with no work…
It does not help apparently that I decided to take a carreer break (highly frowned upon in France) to raise my two children…(now 9 and 7)
So anyway I decided I would start a blog and remind myself that no I am not useless and inadequate and share my art with you all! feel free to add comments
